Complaints and feedback

If something has gone wrong we want to hear it early, while we can still put it right.

How to raise a concern

Email hello@clanchor.co.uk or call phone TBC. If your concern is about a service where we provide support, you can also raise it with the placing authority or the local safeguarding team.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge your complaint within three working days.
  • We investigate and respond in writing within twenty working days.
  • If you are not satisfied, you can ask for the decision to be reviewed by a director.
  • Adults receiving support can ask an advocate, family member or friend to act for them.
Complaints about regulated care may also be raised with the Care Quality Commission, which welcomes feedback about services even where it cannot investigate individual cases.

Learning from it

Every complaint is logged, reviewed monthly and used to change practice. We will tell you what changed.
